When I started with Lucas, I was cautious in the gym due to joint problems and lacked confidence in the gym.
My goal was to get stronger for netball, as I often couldn’t hold my own against opponents. Lucas always provided support and helped me regain confidence training.
Lucas broke down our sessions to be specific to help build strength of a joint (e.g. the knee) before moving into something more complex. I was able to learn more about what exercises i could do in the gym to build more strength and stability.

When I decided to start personal training with Lucas I was expecting a boof headed weight driven instructor who would drive me into the ground and I would not really enjoy.
Instead I found a coach with a gentle approach and an unruffled attitude who was able to push me into achieving more and more each session. As a newbie to the gym, Lucas has always been patient and encouraging when explaining unfamiliar exercises and equipment, along with how best to maximise benefit and correct form to avoid injury.
